Microsoft and Nokia Come Together to Develop Smartphone
Microsoft and Nokia have announced a partnership to bring business software to smartphones to compete with the dominant Apple iPhone and Research in Motion’s BlackBerry. This partnership between Microsoft and Nokia means that the latest online versions of Office suite applications will be available on a range of Nokia handheld devices. The increase in popularity of smartphones allowing users to surf the web and edit documents has allowed software developers to enter into a new market.
